Deal Credit Corp ("we") finances trucks and commercial vehicles and services those loans. This policy explains what we collect about our customers, how we use it and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Your name, address, phone numbers and email address.
• Your loan details: the vehicle, the terms, your payments and the balance.
• For payments by card: the card is stored by our payment processor, Authorize.net. We keep only the last four digits and the expiration date.
• Notes our staff make about your account, and the texts and emails we send you.

How we use it

To service your loan: taking payments, sending receipts, reminders and notices, answering your questions, and keeping the records the law requires.

Text messages

If you agree to receive texts, we text you about your account only. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See the texting terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the providers that deliver our messages for us.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us run your account, under agreements to protect it: our payment processor (Authorize.net), our messaging providers, and our hosting providers. We share information when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How we protect it

Your information is kept on secured, encrypted systems that only our staff can sign in to. We don't store full card numbers.

Your choices

You can stop texts by replying STOP, and ask us to stop emails or update your details by calling us.
